Refund policy

We want you to love your Arnie Swim and are happy to offer returns on all full-priced items in exchange for store credit. 

Conditions are as follows:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • The item intended for return is unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging

  • Swimwear has been tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons

  • The item was not purchased on sale

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

This can also be used as an exchange service should you wish to use your store credit to purchase a different size or colour in the same style however this is  subject to availability of your desired piece/s.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@arnieswim.com with your order number and the details of the product/s you would like to return. We will get back to you within 48 hours and if the return is accepted, will share the necessary steps depending on your location.

Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used as you please

In the rare case of a faulty item, please email hello@arnieswim.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Any faults that occur after 3 months will not be accepted

*Cash refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and the item cannot be replaced.
