RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Arnie Swim and offer exchanges free of charge, as long as we have availability of stock. To exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to exchange. We will get back to you within 24 hours and will share the necessary steps depending on your location.
Though we would be sad to see you return your Arnie Swim, we are happy to offer returns on all full-priced items in exchange for store credit.
Conditions are as follows:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
The item intended for return is unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging
Swimwear has been tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons
The item was not purchased on sale
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the details of the product/s you would like to return. We will get back to you within 24 hours and if the return is accepted, will share the necessary steps depending on your location.
Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used as you please.

In the rare case of a faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible. Any faults that occur after 3 months will not be accepted.
*Cash refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and the item cannot be replaced. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
